Dear colleagues,
I wanted to ask you about your experience with seriously damaged
Cryo-Probes.
We received our probe (QNP: inner coil 13C, 15N, 31P, outer coil 1H,
serial number 2) 12 years ago.
Within this time we had twice a leak which was repaired by Bruker. Now
the probe has a leak for the third time and Bruker tells us that they
cannot repair it!
Perhaps you can tell me about your experiences:
- Did you also have similar problems (i.e. leak in probe)
- Is there anyone else who had a total loss of the cryoprobe and for how
long did it work properly?
- Does anyone know somebody who might be able to repair a Bruker Cryoprobe?
