Hello all,

Thanks for all the great reading over the years. We have a Bruker 400 Ultra shield system. The port that we use to fill Liquid Helium is also the port the He level sensor is on. So every time we do a fill a little air gets in the magnet and on the sensor and after a few years of fills, we have a He level sensor that is iced up. Bruker has to come out and remove the sensor and clean it. We can't use the other port to do the fills, so we are stuck using the port that is on the senor side. Do any of you have any experience with deicing or removing the He level senor, or any suggestions on keeping air out of the magnet during fills.

Thanks,
Tony Ludwig
