AMMRL: No Known Helium Problems in East Central Illinois

Colleagues,

The helium problems noted in the Toronto area, plus the Boulder, CO, region are not happening here in Illinois. We checked with both our vendors who receive helium from Linde, and both are at 100% allocation. Let's hope the problems in Toronto and Boulder are local and temporary.

I did inform two reporters at Chemical and Engineering News about the pair of incidents. If we are at the cusp of a "here we go again" scenario, we need to know now (and why). However, a broad problem does not appear evident at this time - as far as I know.
