AMMRL: How to clean a Bruker BBO Probe?

Our BBO probe (actually it's a BBFO probe) had a glass tube break and not
all the glass can be removed by tipping the probe upside down. Is there an
easy way to remove the outer sheath of the probe so it can be more fully
cleaned of the broken glass? So far Bruker has been non-responsive to my
requests for help.
