Dear All,

A recent change in management at my institution prevents me form doing my
job of service and support (including applications support) for our two
instruments: My original job parameters were the "Pursuit of Excellence"
and the the exclusion of all "Avoidable Risks". I am now required to follow
the same procedures as would be applied to a broken fume hood or ultrasonic
bath.

I have worked with NMR spectrometers for 15 years and was trained to work
independently using my initiative and experience while keeping my Manager
informed and consulting him/her on matters of policy and finance. I am
presently completing my MSC in Natural Product Chemistry - The analysis of
complex mixtures.

I have visited Bruker in Germany and Switzerland for training in
electronics, systems, probe and magnet service on 7 occasions and have
recently designed and built a lab for a new Avance 600 MHz system. I have
excellent contacts at Bruker who I regard as good friends of many years.

I am prepared to relocate anywhere in the world. I can converse in English
and Dutch while my French could be revived. My wife speaks several Chinese
dialects.

Please contact me at

ndysoper_at_yahoo.com

Sincerely,
Andy Soper
