I would like to bypass the temp. (infamous) controller on a GN300
with manual control. Has any one done that? I wonder if Iomega Has a
self-contained unit which would do simple experiments?
Does anyone recall the heater resistance used by GE? I can wait for
the temp. to change so I want to use just enough wattage and not So much
that the probe could be melted!
        Thanks, Lew
