We have a 800 MHz NMR system with CryoProbe.
The helium pressure for the CryoPlatform drops
more than 10 bar (145 psi) in two weeks.
The log files indicate that the CryoPlatform did
not ask for helium. This means that the helium gas
was lost between the helium supply cylinder and the CryoPlatform.
BRUKER has replaced the regulator and the helium gas line,
but the helium is still leaking at a rate of more than
10 bar (145 psi) in two weeks. We had this problem since
the installation of the CryoProbe in March 2004.
Did you experience this kind of problem before?
How should we fix this problem?
Thanks
