Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has ever observed degradation of any standard
NMR sample in a sealed NMR tube obtained from Wilmad, CIL, Isotec, or
elsewhere? Personally, I have used some for years without any noticeable
degradation. Most vendors will provide a rather generic expiration date
that varies from 6 months to indefinitely. I don't want to replace
expensive NMR standards every 6 months. However, I need some evidence to
convince my QA department.
