We have a Varian Autoswitching probe and I have been trying
to tune the BB channel to Boron11 (96MHz). With the 1/4W
stick out and the counter set to 60 (or anything else), I can't
find a spot where the Match or the Tune (up and/or down) knobs
have any effect on the reflected power meter reading.
I would greatly appreciate any hints anyone with
experience with this probe might have . We have be able to tune for 195Pt
with a 0pF stick in the probe (counter at ~53) , which seems
contrary to the manual.
In any event -- no success with 11B.
