Hello everyone--our brand new CryoProbe-enabled 500 MHz Bruker NEO system
keeps giving the following error message (screenshot attached), which I am
unfamiliar with, so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!
*performShimming - setup: no valid data in sample centre*
