Dear spinlanders,

very long time to finally get around for a summary.

The problem was: Very sproadically we get the above error (about once a
day, but always in the late afternoon to evening, when noone is around
to restart it). The arm takes the sample, moves up and down and then
stops with the error meassage. IT takes 1-10 restarts, then everything
acts normal again until it happens again.

The solution was, to clean the sensor at the magnet bore, which detects
wheter the sample is up. This ultimately caused the error.

Thanks to all the people who offered solutions.

All the best, André Dallmann
