We have a 5.5 year old Bruker Avance III HD double bay system with AQS/3 and BSMS/2. Through AQS chassis web (from DRU service web), we noticed one of the cooling fans for AQS/3 stopped working. It looks like we could either change the whole fan tray or replace the broken one. Which one would you recommend?
The big questions remained are actually for BSMS.
1. How can I monitor the cooling fan working status in BSMS? Or how do I know if any one of them stopped working?
2. How often do you change them? Do you wait until it stopped working or replace them proactively?
3. It looks like the replacement of cooling fans in BSMS is not an easy task. Do you usually call in Bruker engineer to do it or just ask your electrician to help you?
