Hello everybody,

I believe we have a problem with console output power on both channels of the JEOL ECS400 spectrometer. Proton pw90 pulse width has increased almost 4 times while for 13C we are not even able to reach 90 degrees pulse during pulse width calibration.

We've already swapped transmitter board and frequency synthesizer (JEOL service sent us those parts for testing) but they did not fix the issue. Now JEOL suggests service engineer onsite help.

Does anyone have suggestion how to further diagnose the problem?

Thank you very much,

Piotr
