AMMRL: Bruker BMPC II Valve #1 Failure

Hello AMMRLers,

Our Bruker 800MHz BMPC II console has been giving us a "Valve #1 Failure"
error lately. After the error is initiated, the BMPC console automatically
switches to Pump #2. Once we see this error, we can switch back to Pump #1
and Valve #1 with no problems. Then 4 or so days later, Valve #1 fails
again, but we can continue to instantly put everything back on Pump #1 and
Valve #1, so I it seems our Valve #1 failure is intermittent. As far as we
know, the fuse for Valve #1 is not tripped during this error.

Do any of you have experience with this? We wanted to ask the AMMRL before
we move forward with Bruker servicing. We are aware that replacing the
valve ourselves does hold some risk. Any information regarding this issue
will help immensely.

Thank you for your time.

Cheers,
Shamon
