AMMRL: CentOS updates and Bruker Topspin 3.5pl5

Colleagues:

     I've been assigned responsibility for managing a Bruker Avance
microbay system using CentOS 7 and Topspin 3.5pl5. Currently there are
~180 packages requiring updating. Is there any problems with installing
these updates with regard to TopSpin?
