Hi all,

Just my 0.02 EUR about this topic concerning mostly European users (it's neither easy nor cheap to send probes overseas for repair...):
The German solids NMR company "NMR-Service" run by Marco Braun (nmr-service.de) is also able to repair any kind of solids probes.

Best regards,

I believe that this information to be important to our community, so please share with any who might be in need of such support.

If you are concerned about repairs for your Agilent and Varian solid state probes, the former Agilent team may be able to help. Please contact Mario Incitti at mi_at_phoenixnmr.com.
