Hi Everyone,
We are looking for a good version of the PO waterlogsy pulse sequence for Agilent systems. We have not used this experiemnt very much and we are getting poor results with the standard version in BioPack. Would any one be so kind as to provide a pulse sequence file and suggestec parameters for the PO version of the experiment?

Subject: AMMRL: DNA Data set needed
Everyone:
I need a data set either on a duplex or hairpin DNA ~10 basepairs involving
1. Series of 1Ds at different temperatures in 90% water – showing a melting of base-pairs
2. NOESY in 90% water
3. COSY, TOCSY and NOESY in D2O
Any suggestions?
