AMMRL: Sudden change is 1H Tune windows - No 1H Signal

I'm attaching an image of our 1H Tune window on our MR400 DD2 system with a
OneNMR probe. Suddenly today we began observing drastically reduced proton
sensitivity. A quick look at the 1H Tune window shows and obvious issue,
but I need help identifying the cause.

Hopefully, one of you out there has observed something like this before...
