Dear All

The IT dept at my home institution has embarked on network and email
software upgrade. As part of the process, I have lost all my email between
26 July and 5 August. May I ask that anyone who replied to my query on
this topic, re-stated below, please re-send their replies to this address.
My apologies for the inconvenience.

Thank-you,
Craig.

My original query:

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on measuring long-range H-C and
H-N coupling constants? Specifically, I'm looking to measure three bond
H-C and H-N coupling constants, H to quaternary carbon and H to amide
nitrogen (the same H atom). I am using a two channel Varian-400 with a
4-nucleus probe (no gradients or special hardware like waveform generators)
and the sample has 13C and 15N at natural abundance.
