I am very interested in how many people struggle with their SMS robot
and how many people do fine with it. Ours has been trouble from the
beginning. So, if you have the Zymtec SMS robot, please send me an
email and tell me:
1. How long have you had the robot
2. Rough estimate of how much it is used
3. Characterize your experience as:
a. It has never been a problem- works great
b. It has had some problems, but not too bad
c. It has been a huge pain in my neck
