AMMRL: hearing aids

One of our users is looking into a hearing aid and the doctors office told
him to remove it before approaching the magnets. Our largest normally
accessible stray field is an unshielded narrow bore 500 but tuning a probe
(being near the base) of the shielded narrow bore 600 would be our worst
case.

Does anyone have experience with hearing aids in magnetic fields? Specific
models/brands that are known to be ok would be helpful.

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

Joe
