Greetings:
First, as usual, you AMMRL folks came through with great suggestions on
how to back up our Windows NT workstation. Thanks.
I'm looking for unknowns to use when I teach spectroscopy. Does anyone
know of nice collections of online spectra that can be downloaded,
ideally as pictures (rather than needing to FT and process them)? I'd
especially like some easy to moderately difficult, but "do-able" 2D
spectra.
If you are not aware of this site, the National Institute of Advanced
Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan, has an extensive
collection (>5000 compounds) with MS, IR, 1H, and 13C spectra. They are
available as .gif files, and thus easily edited and put into problem
sets and exams.
