Dear All
We have Bruker Avance II 600 MHz instrument with
Cryoprobe running by 1.3 topspin. Currently, I have a
problem for the temperature controll because the
heater is off automatically with the meaasge "can not
determine the BVT model, no error". The instrument got
back to work about a week after Bruker engineer
replaced the old BVT 3200 unit even the message
continued to appear. Does anyone have samilar problem
to share this experience with me? Thanks in advance!
