Dear Ammrls:
On our Bruker Avance-600 the lock power was suddenly gone. After a great deal of work the problem has been located on the power supply board inside the HPPR box. Two inductors (L1 and L2) on the board were burnt out to dark. Discussion with Bruker is undergoing, but I would like to know if any one has had such a problem and how to prevent it.
We usually run experiments on D2O solutions with lock power at -25dB and on 5-10%D2O solutions at -10 to -15 dB. Is there any up limit for the lock power?
