dear ammrls,
our chemistry department will be moving into a new building in a few
years so i have been attending a number of architectural meetings. the
architects seem fairly knowledgeable about instrument requirements
unlike some i have met. they are saying that our nmrs can be put in
their standard lab rooms without specialized airhandling equipment ala
liebert. i know hvac design has improved over the years but is he giving
me a line here? we have an additional air conditioning system that was
designed (poorly) for our current room and i'd hate to have that done
here again after the fact. comments from recently renovated labs much
appreciated.
yours
