Dear AMMRLers:

We have four SGI O2s, which are used to control our Bruker NMRs. Our SGI O2 has
4 GB hard drive and we have IRIX 6.5. I would like to backup our whole system
from time to time in case the system crashes. We have about 80 NMR users on one
of our instruments.

I wonder if someone could tell me what is the best way to backup the whole
system now. I am thinking about using 8 GB tape and buying a 8GB tape drive. Do
you have some information and suggestions?

Thank you very much for your help.

Frank
