The following position is available at Wyeth Ayerst Research Princeton, NJ: Postdoctoral Fellow (#P886192)
A post-doctoral fellowship is available to conduct research to develop techniques for using NMR spectroscopy to study metabolism and toxicology using a variety of bio-fluids from several species. Multivariate statistical analysis will be used to interpret results from these studies. This work will be in direct support of Discovery Analytical Chemistry group.
A Ph.D. with 0-3 years prior experience is required. Proven research skills in high-resolution NMR spectroscopy and an interest in the application of NMR spectroscopy to pharmacology and/or toxicology projects are required. Prior experience in Unix and statistical analysis of NMR data will be helpful.
This laboratory is part of Wyeth Ayerst Research's Discovery Analytical Chemistry group in Princeton, NJ, and is equipped with Inova 600 and 500 MHZ NMR spectrometers.
