Hello,
I believe your second channel is H1-only, check the configuration of the
hardware. The first channel should be a full band. When you have dn='H1',
the 2nd channel (H1 only) will be used as decoupler and the 1st channel
(full band) is used as transmitter, therefore you don't have any problem to
get F19 frequency out. When you set dn to anything except 'H1', the first
channel will automatically become the decoupler channel since it is a full
band, while the 2nd channel is the transmitter, and there is no surprise
that H1 only synthesizer won't get F19 frequency out.
Your 3rd channel should be a low band channel, and you should use this as
the decoupling channel while you use channel one as xmitter.
Good luck
