We are using NMR for quantitation of organic samples on our Unity 500 and I
would like to improve on my results (comparing one peak integral to the
others can vary by a few percent which is significant in my work, i.e. 99%
versus 96%). My difficulty appears to be in the actual integration
(determining when to start and stop integrals, drift correction, baseline
correction). I either perform oversampling (5 x SW) or set my filterband
(FB) to twice SW to prevent reduction in signal at the spectral ends. Are
there some parameters I am forgetting to consider?
Also, does anyone have any experience using Bayes software to do quants?
Does it really help?
Thanks for the help.
