You will recall my problem with hetcor even though dept expts worked OK???
This stems from the way I did a C13, moved the parameters into a new expt.
and
ran the hetcor macro. In the C13 expt. I had d1=0 and d2=2. In the hetcor
I set
d1 to 4, but did not realize the potential d2 had to Kill the hetcor expt.
When set
d2=0 at least ni=1 gives me a good c13 spectrum. I am going on the
assumption
that a real expt. will work.
Several people recommended HMQC or HSQC. It isn't that I have anything
against
these expts, but I have never run them either and was trying to work up in
complexity--
then when hetcor didn't work I really wanted to know why.
Thanks,
and best regards,
Carl
