AMMRL: TopSpin 3.2 on CentOS 7 progress

Hi again,

Today I've made some progress and decided that my problems are due to
something running slowly in my CentOS 7 installation. I think that the
Bruker license manager is dying because something it needs is starting
too slowly.

I have made a workaround by adding a line to the [Service] section of
bruker_lmger.service:

Restart=always

So now everything works, but any communication related task is very slow
to start. I think the solution to that is in the CentOS settings and not
TopSpin.
