Hi Marc
Since I have been posting information about the IVAN meeting - I can do
my best to answer your question. Forgive me for being vague on the details
since I want to keep my answer appropriately noncommercial for AMMRL
as we discussed. The birth of a new company is appropriate news but the
details should come directly from the principals. I will just stick with time
and places. I can email you with more Information if you want.
The company known as Q.One Instruments will be introduced to the world
just before the ENC on Sunday morning in the Grand Hyatt 8:00 AM to noon. Everyone
is invited to the meeting to learn the details of the new spectrometers that are
being offered. Breakfast will be served at 8:00 to 9:00 AM followed by a group of talks
from those associated with Q.One and from an individual researcher who has used
the system. Also there will be two talks from Q.One people, Saturday, at the IVAN meeting in
the afternoon followed by an informational discussion at the end of the meeting.
Everyone interested is also invited to this part of the IVAN meeting and the afternoon
reception that follows. I can guess that there will be lively discussion at the
IVAN reception. Both meetings will be in the same location – Regency I of the Hyatt.
As many know the IVAN meeting is sponsored by MR Resources and MR Resources
also Is associated with Q.One Instruments. The two companies will be sharing
two suites during the ENC and I have heard that there will be hardware present to
view.
I am looking forward to this weekend to learn more!
Thanks for letting me provide this answer.
