AMMRL: Liquid Helium Price around the globe

Dear Spinlanders,

I am wondering if you can tell me how much do you pay for a liter of
Liquid Helium in your place (don't need the price in the US) and how
easy/difficult is for you to get it.

Your reply can be just a number for the price and your location in the
globe. No much details.
