Hi Hsin

X decoupled 1H experiments are usually done as inverse gated ones to keep decoupling times relatively short. There are no rpar examples. You can load any of the IG parameters sets such as C13IG, N15IG, Si29IG or SN199IG and then in edasp use the switch f1/f2 button to make 1H observe and X decouple. Depending on probe you should try to keep acquistion times between 0.25 and 0.5 seconds. If you need longer try to minimize decoupling power by going to longer decoupling pulse/lower power.

For a H2 decoupled 1H observed experiment you load a proton 1D, then use edasp to select 2H for f2 and use "zgig2h" as the pulse sequence.

I hope this helps

Clemens

I would like to know how to set up H2-decoupled H1 experiment on a 2-channel Avance III HD spectrometer with a BBFO probe.
I would also like to do X-decoupled H1-experiments on the same spectrometer.
Perhaps these are fairly simple experiments. But I am not familiar. Any pointer (rpar, etc) would be greatly appreciated.
