Dear All,

First I wish to thanks all the people who gave me suggestions to my
problem. It did not fix the problem, but it gave me good idea of what
could happen, as it showed me I was not so alone with it.

I was contacted soon after by the Bruker team who told me my problem was
currently investigated to find a solution. The cause is, for some
unobvious reason, the detection laser is deviated and do not detect the
spinner. Just to change a little the spinner position is fixing the problem.

In my case we succeeded to decrease the air flow so we could use again
the classic blue spinners instead of the translucid ones. For the moment
it seems enough to fix the problem.

Best regards,

E. Wasielewski
