AMMRL: First scan in TopSpin never stops

Hello colleagues.

I recently replaced my AQX power supply on my DPX 300. This fixed a power failure condition.

Now there is a new problem:

1. On first login usually a spectrum can be collected, but with spinning side bands which are out of phase with respect to each other. I shimmed out much of the spinning side bands. They returned the next day. The liquid N2 stacks are not blocked, so the can is not crooked.

2. There are 2 /etc/startd processes on spect so startd is running.

3. I ran rcutest, tcutest, fcutest, and aqbus. They all found no errors.

4. Starting the zg30 pulse program the second time with zg causes the smooth lock amplitude on a DMSO-d6 sample to become jagged. The first dummy scan with ds = 2 does not stop. It starts at 37 sec (each scan should last 2.5 sec, not 37 sec) and counts down to 0 sec and then goes below 0 sec to negative seconds. Typing
    stop
stops it and returns the lock amplitude to its normal smooth back and forth trace.

5. I changed ds to 0. Now zg counts down from 30 sec and goes below 0 seconds.

6. reviveccu again did not correct the behavior.

7. I left the console on, shut down Linux, started Linux, and started TopSpin. zg counts down from 30 sec with ds = 0 and the lock amplitude is jagged.

Anyone recognize which board might be bad? Trying to avoid bringing Bruker here again if at all possible.

Many thanks in advance to this amazing group.
