We have got a position opening for an Applications Scientist, Liquids NMR for
our applications laboratory in Oxford, UK.
As an applications scientist for liquids NMR you will be responsible for:
* Demonstrating liquid state NMR equipment, software and experiments.
* In-house and on-site customer training in the Europe, Middle-East, Africa
and India region.
* Providing telephone support to customers.
* Providing liquids NMR support to sales and service engineers.
* Giving lectures and NMR meetings
* Evaluating and implementing new NMR methods.
* Evaluating new hard- and software and provide qualified feedback to R&D.
The qualifications required are:
* University Degree in Chemistry, Physics or Biology, Ph.D. in NMR spectroscopy
or relevant
* Fluent English, other languages strongly desirable.
* In depth NMR experience with liquids applications
* Agilent NMR experience will be an advantage
* Computer skills to include UNIX, LINUX and Windows OS
