AMMRL: multiple failures

AMMRLers,
it looks we experienced multiple failures on two instruments within
several hours. On our 300, we lost an AQX advisory board, and damage
to the our BLARXH50 amplifier the proton 90 degree is around 50 us.

Just a few hours later our 500 lost two amplifiers, with one BLAX
completely dead, and the BLARH proton channel giving giving 90 degree
pulses > 4ms. There was no appearant power glitch/outage occuring on
that day as far as I found out, and there were different people using
the instrument prior to the occurenc . To make matters worse, it
looks Bruker does not seem to do any repair work on those amplifiers,
just exchanges. So my question would be twofold:

Has any of you experienced a similar situation or has any idea what
could cause the simultaneous failure of multiple component ? Our
instruments are 14 years old, but I still have a hart time to accept
so many things going wrong simultaneously.

Second, does anybody know any company they have been working with
repairing these amplifiers ar getting replacement parts ? They are
modular in design, but figuring out the bad component will do me no
good if I can not get individual parts. I will be contacting MR
resources, is there any other compony I should be checking in with ?

Thanks a lot
