Hi Jerry,
   Excellent point. And, I agree, we should not replace the content for
current managers. If there was interest, it could be a
session/poster/other event separate from the AMMRL meeting.

I brought that up as a possible benefit for the grad students and
post-docs in attendance at the ENC who are considering a management
position. Who better to provide that guidance than those currently
running facilities? Assuming, of course, those people are interested in
providing that service (I would be interested).
