I am stumped and could you any help or advice that you can supply.
We have a 400 MHz Bruker Avance. If we use ICONNMR, it will go through its steps.
Then when ICONNMR says acquisition has started, and you can see that acquisition
has start from the lights on the BSMS pad, auto shimming also starts (as can be
seen from the BSMS pad).
If we run xwinnmr, we do not have that problem.
I have tried rebooting the BSMS pad.
I have restarted the software on the X32.
I have reconfigured the spectrometer using cf.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
We really want to use ICONNMR on this instrument, because it is the walk up instrument
for the department.
I would appreciate any comments.
