Job Description: Elucidate in vitro and in vivo metabolite structures using LC-MS/MS and/or NMR/LC-NMR in support of compound selection and registration.
Contribute to study design, experimental approaches and document preparation, including registration documentation (e.g., IND, NDA, CTD).
Participation in early project, research and technical teams representing DMPK
Play an active role in Research/DMPK/Technical R&D interface activities.
Minimum requirements: Excellent knowledge of drug metabolism and metabolite structure elucidation using MS and/or NMR techniques. In particular, extensive NMR expertise for metabolite identification is desirable.
Excellent understanding of factors that optimize CSP stage projects, including drug design and ADME properties optimization
Proven ability to contribute in a team environment to solve complex metabolism problems and to identify, evaluate and lead future initiatives related to MS and/or NMR technology
Ability to function as DMPK representative to early project teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
