Dear all,
I've been perplexed with a problem with the aph commend on our 400 Mercury Vx.
A few weeks ago, I upgraded our CPU ACQ board to eliminate the frequent lost communication between the console and the computer. The upgrade took care of the communication problem nicely, but at the mean time, I realized that the aph commend quitted working properly. I am not sure if these two events are related, but the timing suggested so.
Before upgrading the board, our dsp='n', rof2=10, and alfa=-22.5. Aph always works nicely in phasing H1 spectra, and the lp after aph is usually <15. After realizing the problem, I re-optimized alfa, by collecting a typical H1 spectrum, manually phase it, and run calfa, and then recollect the spectrum, rephase it, and then run calfa again. Now alfa=-31.5. After loading a H1 spectrum nowadays, the spectrum generally looks fine, and lp is usually a small value, but with aph, sometime, lp stays at the small number, and spectrum looks fine, but some times, lp becomes >300, and the spectrum becomes totally out of phase. I wonder what's is going on, and how to fix the problem. I'd really appreciate your suggestions and help,
