Hello All:

I need some help because at the ENC I was an idiot and forgot to ask someone
from each discussion group (at our Monday evening meeting) to take notes and
send me a summary of what was discussed.

If anyone was at these groups, and wishes to send me a brief summary of your
recollection of what was discussed, I will collate them and post summaries
on the AMMRL web page.

I was at the ColdProbe discussion group, so I could summarize that one.
Other groups were loosely tied to the following topics (at least, at first):

- New Experiments/Techniques: The role of the NMR manager in bringing new
techniques into the lab, and how we try to ensure our users are using the
best NMR experiments/sequences in their research.

- Outside Money Sources: Avenues/concerns in securing outside funds (grants,
service NMR, ...whatever) to keep our facilities alive and kicking.

- High Throughput NMR in the Multi-User Lab: Robots, on-flow, micro-coil
probes, ...etc. (I'm not sure if this group ever got started).

Thanks,

-Rich Shoemaker
