Good afternoon,
I have been trying to conduct an 11B NOESY experiment on a Bruker DPX
300 system with a BBO probe. I get a decent 1-D spectrum using the
'aring' pulse program but for some reason, the NOESY does not work. I
do not observe any resonances at all when I look at the one dimensional
slice using the rser function. The channel is set to 11B, and sw and
o1p are the same as for the 1D 11B experiment. I am actually looking
for exchange cross peaks in the NOESY spectrum.
I would be grateful for any suggestions on what might be going wrong. I
am using Bruker's noesyph pulse program which gives a fine result for
protons.
