Dipanjan,

        We have had similar situation for almost 12 days and we simply
covered the magnet with thick plastic sheets, as the work was only
painting of the lab. In your case if renovation is going to be done, it is
best to be blocked with wooden sheets and keep the helium boil off pipe
out of that small volume. This will ensure safe operation of magnet!

        Off course, remember to fill magnet with Liq. Nit. regularly and
He as well if it is scheduled during that period.
