Dear AMMRL'ers,
I've been asked to conduct a customer satisfaction survey of the analytical services provided
by our chemistry department. The techniques supported include NMR, MS, IR, and Single
crystal X-Ray, I will be polling our own grad students and faculty. Has anyone else conducted
such a survey, and if so would you be willing to share your questionaire with me ?
