Hi all,
I know that this question was already discussed a few years ago, but the
situation could change and I need the latest information. Sorry.
We use HP 7550(+) plotters and long body rollerball pens (0.3 mm) for them.
Last time I purchased these pens (marked Koh-I-Nor and Rapidoplot) from
Charete (former CAD ONE) for $11 per pack. These pens last only 1-2 days
and then dry out. A few years ago the pens lasted 4-6 days (under the same
usage) and cost twice cheaper. Are you aware of another source of pens
fitting HP 7550s with better quality and reasonable price?
I tried to use regular Bic pens (medium) which were modified to fit HP
7550, but our NMR users are not happy with them because of too weak trace
that the leave. Any other suggestions?
Alex
