For those of you who read the DYANA mail list, sorry about the cross posting.
Can someone out there give me some hints on how to do the structure of a cyclic
peptide using DYANA. We have all the data ready; we just need some help in
getting DYANA to treat the N and C termini as bound together. Thanks.
