Hello Folks, Last week we changed our CPU board and LCB board (in BSMS panel) on our AVII 400 system due to communication errors. The good news is that after changing both boards we've re-established communication with the BSMS and are happily collecting NMR data once again (usually in automation). The bad news is if we don't run in automation, e.g., shim manually, we observe very large changes in the lock display and digital readout on BSMS keypad just by turning the knob on the BSMS keypad ever so slightly and only on certain shims (Z2, Z3). It's as if we are in coarse mode, but obviously we are not since other shims work fine (Z1 and Z4). After changing the boards, with the help of Bruker Center we selected the correct BOSS configuration and checked the board updates in the BSMS utilities program. To make matters worse, we are reluctant to change back the boards since one of our systems was just de-energized to make room for a new system. Has anyone encountered this problematic behavior with the keypad?. We swapped out the BSMS keypad from another system, but unfortunately that didn't work. When using the "setsh" command everything seems to be working fine. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully in a few weeks, we will be up and running on the new system and can restart troubleshooting this issue again.
