AMMRL: Tuner Interface No Display

Hi All,
Out of the blue, while trying to perform probe tuning on a Varian INOVA
400 MHz spectrometer, the tuner interface LED display does not switch on
when any number is toggled into the Channel wheel. If I run qtune, the
display comes on and I can adjust tuning. Exit qtune, put the probe
output on the tuner interface and click a channel---nada. All other
systems are "go"--Anyone ever see this happen?? Potential causes, fixes?
